Of those, many aren’t even in zoos, but are bred in “mills” which serve as a roadside attraction, a petting zoo and a thriving business that sells tigers for the exotic pet industry as well as carnivals. This man bought one such tiger mill to put a stop to the abuse and deliver the tigers to institutions where they can be better cared for.
